Fleetwood Contracting Group is a company built on combining integrity, service, and trust with innovative business strategies. Fleetwood Contracting is building a Residential Service Group by merging and acquiring trusted home service and renovation businesses in Pennsylvania. These include local HVAC, roofing, plumbing, electrician, and other home building/service companies.  We target established companies with their own crews, years of reviews, proven profits, and $500k+ in annual revenue. Small home service companies usually cannot afford marketing, human resources, or accounting teams of their own. Fleetwood Contracting sub-companies can keep their current name while consolidating marketing and other overhead costs at the parent company level.

Increased colaboration

Most home projects require cooperation across multiple subcontractors. A home rehab requires the HVAC installer, electrician, plumber, roofer, and kitchen installer to cooperate seamlessly together. Fleetwood companies will be uniquely situated for cooperation, offering a smooth experience to the customer.

Community trust

Sub-contractors are notorious for leaving jobs half-done, damaging property, and even disappearing with deposits. The Fleetwood endorsement means that the company will stand behind its work, offer excellent craftsmanship, and approach each contract with integrity.

Business Advancement

Many profitable residential service companies still run on outdated processes that decrease profits. Others have a difficult time retaining trusted employees. Still others find themselves consistently behind on bookkeeping. We will keep what works in each company while updating technology and efficiency to maximize profits.

Name Recognition

Each acquired company will keep its own name. We will add  “with Fleetwood Contracting” to their name on their marketing material. This ensures continuity in customer base while adding an element of trust as the Fleetwood name becomes a symbol of trust throughout the home services and renovation industry in Pennsylvania.

Our Leadership

David Cooper

President

As the president of Fleetwood Contracting Group, David brings his years of experience in the high-pressure industrial service industry to residential contracting. As a skilled financial planner and operations manager, he examines and improves the leadership structures and profitability of each acquisition. He brings innovative strategy, disciplined negotiation, and strong service standards, with a proven track record of profitability. David’s ability to build highly effective teams allows him to position dynamic leaders across project manager and general manager roles. He offers expert guidance to each management team to ensure efficient operation and aligned vision. David also has expert understanding in structural, mechanical, and permitting best practices enabling him to be in invaluable resource in this industry.

Rebekah Cooper

CEO/ Director of Acquisitions

As the Director of Acquisitions, Rebekah sources and negotiates acquisitions and leads due diligence across financials, operations, and compliance. Her background as an investigator allows her to do thorough deep dives into all liabilities, operations, and financials of potential acquisitions. She collaborates with owners, brokers, and accountants to ensure smooth acquisition processes.

In her duties as CEO, Rebekah conducts deep market research, builds local networks, and turns findings into a rolling acquisition pipeline and long-term goals. She works with owners and teams to facilitate uneventful transitions of ownership. She manages overhead teams at the Fleetwood Contracting level and ensures cooperation across the companies. She standardizes SOPs and scheduling, and protects each brand’s local edge. She is on-site across multiple companies, collaborating with management teams to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
